The following terms, when used in these Terms & Conditions, shall have the meanings set out below:

To open and maintain an Account on fan77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fan77 is strictly an adults-only platform and does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia accessing the platform from within the Republic of Indonesia, or be otherwise legally permitted under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction to access online betting and gaming services.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Indonesian law and any other applicable legislation.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or director of fan77 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction in which online betting is expressly prohibited.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from fan77 or any other online gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in force.

Each individual may register one Account only. Duplicate accounts, regardless of whether they use different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods, are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your fan77 Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), a valid email address, a current Indonesian mobile phone number, and your date of birth. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

fan77 conducts KYC verification as part of the Account registration process and prior to processing the first withdrawal. Required documents typically include:

• A clear copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or valid passport.
• Proof of your registered payment method (e.g., screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account showing your name and account number).
• Additional documentation may be requested at fan77's discretion for enhanced due diligence purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. fan77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account. Two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to your registered Indonesian mobile number is available and strongly recommended for all Members. fan77 will never contact you requesting your password via email, SMS, or any messaging platform.

All transactions on fan77 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). fan77 does not apply currency conversion to accounts registered by Indonesian Members.

Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include, but are not limited to:

• Bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Deposits are typically credited to your fan77 Wallet within five minutes of successful bank confirmation. fan77 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer charges.

Withdrawal requests to fully verified accounts are processed within 15 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours (09:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed on the next business cycle. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Account dashboard.

fan77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or terms violation is suspected. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits on the same Account, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering (AML) protocols.

fan77 offers a range of promotional offers to new and existing Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback on live casino losses, free bets on BRI Liga 1 fixtures, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all fan77 promotions:

• Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable turnover multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus Funds credited to your Wallet may only be used on the game types specified in the relevant promotion terms. Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) toward wagering requirements.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Member. Claiming multiple bonuses using duplicate Accounts constitutes a terms violation and will result in forfeiture and Account suspension.
• fan77 reserves the right to cancel any bonus offer, amend its terms, or claw back Bonus Funds from a Member's Wallet if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of software errors, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Bonus offers are available to residents of Indonesia only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other active promotion unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Free bets that are won will have the original stake deducted from the return in accordance with standard industry practice.

All sportsbook wagers placed on fan77 are subject to the specific sport and market rules published in the Sportsbook section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming products:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. fan77 reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where an error in odds has occurred.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the full payout to be awarded. Where one or more selections are voided, the bet is recalculated on the remaining valid selections.
• Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules. Half-stake refunds apply where applicable to the handicap line.
• All live casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live physical dealing processes, as applicable. fan77 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a platform technical failure during a game round, incomplete rounds are voided and stakes returned to the Member's Wallet.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a configurable period of continuous play.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on fan77 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Opening more than one Account, or assisting another person in opening an Account for the purpose of exploiting promotional offers.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the fan77 platform in any manner not expressly permitted.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the platform software. Any winnings derived from a known error must be reported immediately and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms that is not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Colluding with other Members, including in live casino game contexts, to gain an unfair advantage over fan77 or other players.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other identity verification process.

• Sharing Account credentials with any third party, or allowing a third party to operate your fan77 Account on your behalf.

All content on the fan77 platform — including but not limited to the fan77 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, odds data, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of fan77 or its licensed content suppliers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, title, or licence to use any fan77 intellectual property for any purpose beyond personal, non-commercial access to the Services.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any fan77 content without prior written consent from fan77. Unauthorised use of fan77's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in legal proceedings.

fan77 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

fan77 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions. Your personal data is never sold to third parties. It may be disclosed to licensed KYC verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by applicable law or where necessary to prevent fraud and money laundering.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fan77 excludes all liability for:

Nothing in this clause limits fan77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. fan77's total liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under this agreement shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Wallet (net of any applicable Bonus Funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within five business days.

fan77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, where:

• A Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• fan77 suspects fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• A Member has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• A Member is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other Members.

Upon Account suspension or termination for cause, fan77 reserves the right to retain any balance and Bonus Funds as partial restitution for losses or damages incurred, subject to applicable legal requirements.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the fan77 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fan77's operating entity is incorporated and licensed, without reference to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. Nothing in this clause prevents fan77 from seeking interim or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

By accessing fan77 from Indonesia, you acknowledge that you are doing so subject to the laws and regulations applicable in your place of residence and that fan77 makes no representation as to whether use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Your continued use of the fan77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
